二、Conversion instructions:
    with ballast:
1、To keep ballast,just take the starter off.
2、if the ballast is not necessary for the future,just shor-circuit the two input ends of the ballast
  and takeoff the starter.
  With electronic transformer:
Cut both the input and output ends of the electronic transformer and take it off,connect 1 of the 2
gropus of sockets on each end of the fixture,and lever the other group of sockets as AC input.
