The strips are driven using the fairly commonly used HL1606 chips. it is a LED driver IC with SPI contr
and Using SMD 5050 RGB mixed colors LEDs,which reduce power consumption.Lighting effects include
many colors changes and dimming. Also can be flashing, fading and chasing, Red, Blue, Green auto
change. The customer can use it to perform a dream colors lighting effects. HL1601 is "SPI controlled".
SPI is a serial bus protocol that is supported in hardware by the Atmel AVR CPU used on the Arduino
